Cleaning Deposit, $50.00 (required) refunded after inspection.

 All rental costs are for single day, per floor, consecutive hours.

Kitchen use during hall rental $25.00. Microwave and refrigerator available for use

Access to the facility is allowed 30 minutes prior to the event at no additional charge unless otherwise arranged with a MRGC representative. Clean up is included in the rental time. 15 minutes constitutes next hour charged.

MRGC will setup tables and chairs if required.

Clean up deposit returned under the following conditions: Tables and chairs are clean as they were prior to the event. Floor shall be dry moped. Garbage shall be bagged, tied and placed as directed by the MRGC representative. Overall cleanliness shall be as it was prior to the event.   

Damage to the property or the facility will be billed to the individual or organization renting the facility.
