Banquet Halls

There is a 4 hour minimum on hall rentals.  Additional hours available upon request.

Cleaning Deposit, $50.00 (required) refunded after inspection.

All rental costs are for single day, per floor, consecutive hours.

Kitchen included during hall rental.

 Access to the facility is allowed 30 minutes prior to the event at no additional charge unless otherwise arranged with a MRGC representative. Clean up is included in the rental time. 15 minutes constitutes next hour charged.

MRGC will setup tables and chairs if required.

Clean up deposit returned within a week providing the building users check list is completed and the overall cleanliness shall be as it was prior to the event.  

Damage to the property or the facility will be billed to the individual or organization renting the facility.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

Lessee and participants must adhere to all Borough and local ordinances and the following:

1.  Decorating - Nothing is to be affixed to walls, columns, or ceilings in anyway including tape, thumbtacks, nails, etc.

2.  Hours of operation - All events may take place between the hours of 7am and 11:30pm only unless permission is granted by MRGCI for special events.

3.  Damage to Facility - Damages to the building, its contents or the grounds will be billed to the lessee.

4.  Admittance to other rooms - Admittance to other rooms, other than those the lessee has paid to occupy is prohibited.

5.  Macungie Rod and Gun Club does not provide nor sell alcoholic beverages of any kind to any lessee. Alcohol is permitted on the property, with club permission, if obtained, transported, placed and monitored by the lessee.

6.  Parking and outdoor activities must be limited to MRGCI property. Outdoor activities must be approved by MRGCI.

7.  Any or all lessee participants may be asked to leave the property at any time by any club representative for rules infractions or any unacceptable behavior.

The Club had newer chair donated to us over Christmas and we also purchased new tables for our first floor hall
